Welcome to Fieldsta Studio

This page explains how the agency works, what's expected of you, and how to use the tools in this system. Read it fully before you start reaching out to clients.

The Deal

  • You two run sales (finding and closing clients) and 100% of delivery (producing the actual marketing/content work for clients).
  • You keep [X]% of the agency's client-side profit; The Boss takes [Y]%, which gets reinvested back into growing the business.
  • In exchange, The Boss provides: the Fieldsta brand and business credibility, the LLC/DBA legal structure and business bank account, and light ongoing oversight and strategy input. Client sourcing here leans on your own community ties — family, family friends, church networks, and local Korean-business clusters — since that's a stronger warm-intro path into this niche than anything The Boss's existing ventures can offer.
The percentage split above is marked as a placeholder — fill in the actual agreed numbers before sharing this page with interns.

Where This Can Go

  • If this launches well and starts generating real revenue, the plan is for you two to keep running the agency as its de facto CEOs — owning client relationships, delivery, and day-to-day decisions — while The Boss stays on as an owner and financial advisor rather than an operator.
  • In other words: the more this grows, the more it's genuinely yours to run. This isn't a short-term gig with a ceiling — it's a real path to building and leading something.

Your Job, In Practice

  • Find and pitch Korean-American-owned businesses — restaurants, salons, retail, services, and beyond — your own community network is your warm-lead starting point, but growing beyond it is expected over time.
  • Close deals and move them through the pipeline below.
  • Deliver the actual marketing work: social content, reviews/local search, bilingual messaging, photography — whatever the client is paying for.
  • Keep the Task Tracker and Content Calendar up to date — this is how The Boss checks in without needing status meetings.

How to Use This System

  • Client Pipeline tab: every prospect and client lives here. Move their status along as things progress: Prospect → Pitched → Won → Active → Churned (if it ends).
  • Tasks & Deliverables tab: log every deliverable owed to a client with a due date and status. This is the single source of truth for "what's owed and when."
  • Content Calendar tab: plan out what's being posted or delivered on which day, across all clients.
  • Changes made by either of you update live for everyone viewing this page, once cloud sync is connected (see the status indicator at the top of the page). If it says "Local only," changes are only saved to that device.

Expectations

  • Weekly check-in with The Boss on pipeline movement and any blockers.
  • No client commitments (pricing, scope, timelines) without a quick sanity check with The Boss first, especially in the first few months.
  • Anything using the Fieldsta name/brand should look professional — when in doubt, ask before sending.
  • If you want to propose any changes to the deal terms, the tools, or how anything here works — let The Boss know ASAP rather than changing course on your own.
This page is a working draft. Replace the bracketed placeholders and adjust wording as the real terms get finalized.
